We return to The Hague yearly due to an event, and this is our 3rd time staying in this hotel - for the price point, this hotel fits our needs the most. The location is great, close both to the city centre, shops, supermarkets, and to the venues of the event we are visiting the city for. The staff is helpful, the room is equipped with everything we need (there's even an electric kettle and a mini fridge - not just a minibar, an actual small fridge), and the windows are huge - something that is very important for me. We will likely return :)

The hotel is right at the city center of Den Haag. It’s quite easy to reach using public transportation as there is a tram stop like 2 minutes from the hotel. Also, Den Haag centraal train station is about a 13 minute walk or around 5 minutes with the tram. Scheveningen strand is around 20 minutes from the hotel with the tram, so also not quite far. When I arrived, the room was ready and clean. It has all the amenities mentioned in the description. The staff at the reception present during the check in and check out were also quite friendly and nice. If you need a place to stay right in the city center of Den Haag, then this hotel is perfect for this!

Me and my whole family was happy. Close to the station, trams around the corner, shops opposite. Reception staff 10/10. Everyone so nice and friendly. I'll write this here because it's not a defect, but a suggestion: a larger shelf in the shower would be useful, and paying more attention to scrubbing silicones in the shower. Huge fridge for hotel conditions, microwave was a nice surprise (I guess I didn't read the description carefully :). I consider the wide washbasin countertop to be a huge plus. Soft towels, fresh bedding, comfortable beds.

Location brilliant. So central. On main shopping Street with plenty of places to eat., drink and attractions to walk to. Tram to Delft and Schevningen (seaside) 3 min walk away. Fab! Good size room, clean fresh bathroom, microwave in room and fridge. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

The room was clean, with a private toilet/shower, sufficiently spacious, included a fridge, microwave, and a kettle. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Location is excellent, very central, close to the central station and in the downtown. The staff was friendly

Fabulous location in the centre of Den Haag. Really easy to access public transport. Walking distance from main rail station. Quiet room, despite being on a main (pedestrianised) street. Great hours for breakfast as needed it late post Parkrun.

Great central location for getting about. Really helpful and friendly staff. Hotel itself was internally very quiet, no noise from lift or other rooms/doors etc.

Hotel its located in the city center, very close to shops and restaurants. Room was ok and clean, bathroom is spacious and had all the amenities you might need. Night manager was really nice and friendly.

The staff was really helpful, especially Tiffany. Overall is was OK, rooms pretty comfortable. Breakfast area is specious and pretty good selection. Beds are comfortable. There is a small fridge and microwave in the room, but it's taking too much space...It's good for 1 night, will not recommend long stay...

The Plaza Premium Den Haag City Center boasts a perfect location, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable, which was a definite plus. However, the overall atmosphere felt cold and uninviting. The property could benefit from better maintenance, as I noticed dirty walls and signs of neglect. While the location and room size are impressive, the ambiance and upkeep leave room for improvement.
