The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. Just in the very city center, close to major spots and not far away from the railway center. Room itself is satisfactory and you get everything that is needed. Breakfast is ok.

We return to The Hague yearly due to an event, and this is our 3rd time staying in this hotel - for the price point, this hotel fits our needs the most. The location is great, close both to the city centre, shops, supermarkets, and to the venues of the event we are visiting the city for. The staff is helpful, the room is equipped with everything we need (there's even an electric kettle and a mini fridge - not just a minibar, an actual small fridge), and the windows are huge - something that is very important for me. We will likely return :)

The hotel is right at the city center of Den Haag. It’s quite easy to reach using public transportation as there is a tram stop like 2 minutes from the hotel. Also, Den Haag centraal train station is about a 13 minute walk or around 5 minutes with the tram. Scheveningen strand is around 20 minutes from the hotel with the tram, so also not quite far. When I arrived, the room was ready and clean. It has all the amenities mentioned in the description. The staff at the reception present during the check in and check out were also quite friendly and nice. If you need a place to stay right in the city center of Den Haag, then this hotel is perfect for this!

Me and my whole family was happy. Close to the station, trams around the corner, shops opposite. Reception staff 10/10. Everyone so nice and friendly. I'll write this here because it's not a defect, but a suggestion: a larger shelf in the shower would be useful, and paying more attention to scrubbing silicones in the shower. Huge fridge for hotel conditions, microwave was a nice surprise (I guess I didn't read the description carefully :). I consider the wide washbasin countertop to be a huge plus. Soft towels, fresh bedding, comfortable beds.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — very central, just a short walk from both the main train station and the city’s main attractions. My room exceeded all expectations: it was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The bathroom was modern and comfortable — everything was truly top standard. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!

This was our second visit to this hotel and we will certainly come back again. The rooms are small but nice; even equipped with a kettle, a big fridge and a microwave oven. Everything is clean and all the staff members are extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet offers a large choice of foods and drinks including fresh fruit smoothies and prosecco.

The hotel has a good location, very close to the airport. There are several restaurants nearby. There is a scenic walking area behind the hotel. The staff are very friendly and ready to help. The room has everything needed to make tea, as well as a fridge and an iron. In addition, the hotel has a small spa with a hot sauna and a quiet relaxation area. It's a very comfortable way to spend your time. This is already my third stay at this hotel.

Location brilliant. So central. On main shopping Street with plenty of places to eat., drink and attractions to walk to. Tram to Delft and Schevningen (seaside) 3 min walk away. Fab! Good size room, clean fresh bathroom, microwave in room and fridge. Staff were super helpful and friendly.
